TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Anexar Paytech Private Limited (“Anexar Paytech”). By accessing or using any services provided by Anexar Paytech, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Working Procedure

Anexar Paytech provides its services in the following manner:

• Anexar Paytech enters into Business Correspondent arrangements with Banks and Financial Institutions (“FIs”) to facilitate digital financial and utility services.
• Anexar Paytech onboards customers for services including digital payments, BBPS services, utility bill payments, and other financial services.

2. KYC Compliance

All services shall be provided strictly in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines. Anexar Paytech may collect, verify, and securely store personal identification details as required by applicable regulations.

3. Registration Data

You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Anexar Paytech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if any information is found to be incorrect or misleading.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Anexar Paytech operates as a payment technology service provider and Business Correspondent. The company shall not be responsible for transaction failures caused by Banks, FIs, or third-party service providers.

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anexar Paytech, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of services or breach of these T&Cs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Anexar Paytech’s total liability exceed the value of the transaction processed through its platform.

7. Force Majeure

Anexar Paytech shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or third-party service disruptions.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Anexar Paytech and supersede all prior understandings.
